Inflation is considered one of the most important economic indicators by which the economics performance of counties is measured therefore we find that macroeconomic policies always work to control the general level of prices by designing specific polices that work to reduce inflation rates. The paper deals with factors affected inflation in Sudan during the period from 2000 - 2022. The paper followed standard approach through alinear regression model on the time serise data. And the hypotheses of paper was that there a relationship between Inflation, the money supply and exchange rate and government spending, the paper reached results most important of which is that the money supply and exchange rate affected directly and positively in the rate of inflation, and that government spending adversely affects the rate of inflation, the most important recommendations came :the need to pay attention to reducing inflationary pressures.
