Article Processing Charge
The International Innovations Journal of Applied Science (IIJAS) is committed to maintaining high standards of open-access publishing, ensuring that all accepted articles are made freely and permanently available online upon publication.
To support this open-access model and cover editorial, technical, and production costs, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted manuscripts.
1. APC Rates
Authors based in Malaysia: RM 1,600
Authors based outside Malaysia: USD 400
Article Processing Charges (APC) should be paid with a total amount of (USD400). This amount should be paid in two payments. The first amount (USD 50) is paid after the first check of the article submission. The second amount (USD350) is paid when the article is preliminary accepted (scientific acceptance).
Selected papers presented at Scientific Events Gate conferences may be published free of charge, subject to editorial approval.
2. What the APC Covers
The APC contributes to covering the operational and publication services provided by the IIJAS Editorial Office and Scientific Events Gate – Malaysia, including:

Rigorous double-blind peer review and editorial evaluation.

Copyediting, typesetting, and layout formatting according to journal standards.

Secure hosting and archiving on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assignment for each article.

Metadata registration and indexing to enhance global discoverability.

Permanent digital preservation through LOCKSS/CLOCKSS systems.
-
Preparation of HTML, XML, and PDF versions for inclusion in international databases.
3. Payment Procedures
Once the manuscript is accepted, the editorial office will contact the corresponding author with detailed payment instructions.
