Abstract

The study aimed to use regular chitosan and its interaction with threonine (Thr) each to protect tomato plants from root and stem rot disease caused by Fusarium solani  by measuring the iincience and severity of infection, some plant growth parameters and peroxidase activity. The resulted showed that all chitosan and threonine treatments resulted in plant protection to different extents by activating plant.
